Newborn Moose Calf on the Riverfront!
This baby moose appeared suddenly from behind the woodshed by the campfire on the riverfront, surprising a guest that was heading to the river to fish, and delighting our guests from Happy Pension guest house visiting all the way from Chiba, Japan as well as Honeymooners from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania who were staying in the Riverfront Suite! Everyone had their cameras in full gear as the calf quietly explored our resort and eventually headed out to find Mama Moose nearby.
These adorable moose baby twins were born just across the street this week!
