While we absolutely love fishing in Alaska, there is one thing we like even more…hunting for Alaska wild game! As Alaskans have for generations, we hunt to provide healthy, 100% organic, 100% wild meat for our family. It’s not about the trophy for us–it’s all about the great tasting meat. Moose, Caribou, Sitka Blacktail Deer, Ptarmigan, Ducks, Geese, and Grouse are the main protein sources that sustain us in addition to our wild salmon, halibut and other fish. We know how lucky we are–especially in this modern world of over-processed, “enhanced”, and altered meat from the “meat factories” of America. So join us if you can in enjoying Wild Alaska Game or wild game from your own region with the recipes that follow!
