Kenai Riverfront Resort Payment & Cancellation Policy

Our payment & cancellation policy is designed to protect our ability to generate and secure adequate business during our short summer visitor seasons, while at the same time protecting our guests in the event of last minute emergencies.  Our cancellation policy does not offer the flexibility of a major hotel chain where you can cancel up to the last minute and avoid being charged for the accommodations you had reserved, nor is it as restrictive as an airline offering non-refundable tickets.  We appreciate your understanding of the limitations of operating a family based small business in Alaska’s short visitor season.

*2020 Covid19 Pandemic Update*

Due to the unique impacts of Covid19 on Alaska’s travel industry, and our family business, we have modified our cancellation policy as follows:

All requests for cancellation will be offered a credit for a future stay with Kenai Riverfront Resort, Inc., valid without an expiration date. Regardless of date of cancellation, no cash refund can be issued (similar to airlines, except you will have a standing credit to use at a future date).  We highly recommend trip insurance, which generally can be purchased up to your date of travel by a variety of insurance providers.

Payment in advance is required to secure a reservation. Pending reservations will be he held for no more than 24 hours pending payment.
